Our Services

• Inbound Receiving - You can ship your stock to our warehouse for inspection/labelling or on shipping to Amazon by their preferred local carrier and Amazons local shipping prices. We will receive your product for you, and attach the local carrier labels to ship to Amazon.
• Inbound FBA Inspection - We will inspect your product prior to shipping to Amazon’s warehouse and will remove damaged items. When you are shipping using a new carrier, or from a new supplier, mistakes and accidents happen. We inspect your outer cartons for damage, and can open and inspect inner cartons and products if you require. We can photograph damaged items and remove them so that only intact and undamaged product gets shipped to Amazon.
• Adding Labels - Amazon FBA Australia may require that you affix an FNSKU label over a barcode on your item, or you may simply wish to do this for other reasons.  We can print and stick these on for you.
• Inspection & Re-Packing or Re-Boxing - We will re-box to new cartons before we forward to FBA if needed. We can also prep your products to ensure they follow the best practices. When your products are shipped from long distances and through Amazon’s FBA systems, all kinds of issues can arise. We help ensure that your metrics stay good by reducing the chance of getting headaches from Amazon’s warehouse compliance teams.
• Fulfillment by Merchant - All approved products can be sold via Amazon FBA;  Items which are not approved for entry into Amazons Warehouses can be sold FBM or Merchant Fulfilled. Also for one reason or another, there are some products that cannot be fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) services. When you need third-party fulfilment, for any reason, we are here for you. Our fully integrated order handling system and cutting edge third-party logistics system (3PL) integrates with Amazon’s application programming interface (API) and can download your orders directly into our systems for fast and efficient delivery to your clients.
• Bundling - Bundling can be a great way to bring together items from multiple suppliers to create a brand new product, or to create a multipack to avoid FBA fees. If you have multiple items from multiple suppliers that you wish to have bundled in poly bags, and labelled, we will do this for you. Simply give us the individual products and the bundle content and description, we will do your bundling and send you a photograph for approval before boxing and shipping to FBA.
• Re-work - Rework of incoming or returned stock reduces losses and increases profits. We offer rework of bulk to small packs, repack damaged items, receive and inspect customer returns for on shipping back to Amazon FBA etc.
• Acceptance and Temporary Storage of Stock - We understand that the worst can happen. And when it does, you might need to remove your stock from an FBA warehouse FAST. By receiving your problematic FBA inventory, we can give you a quick and easy way of storing your inventory while you decide the next step. We can also provide you with ideas on how to best manage your issue.
• eBay Order Fulfillment - Our system automatically receives orders from your eBay store so we do your eBay fulfilment for you. We automatically receive orders from eBay and can auto fulfil from your stock in our warehouse. We are your eBay fulfilment centre and eBay storage and shipping company.
• 3PL eCommerce Order Fulfillment Services - We provide 3PL eCommerce fulfilment services and connect to your eCommerce platform and automatically receive orders from eBay, Amazon, BigCommerce, Magento, Neto, PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Shopify. We fulfill from other webstores such as Groupon and Etsy from your downloaded order spreadsheet.
