Amanda Barlow is the Vice President of ATA Carnet for Roanoke Insurance Group. Amanda Barlow is responsible for the management of ATA Carnet operations. This includes the following:

• Customer service
• Application and issuing software
• Marketing
• Sales of the ATA Carnet product and all its related services nationwide

In addition she manages and develops the ATA Carnet surety bond to meet the ever changing economic demands, as well as the tailored coverages offered to protect the specific and unique risks that ATA Carnet shipments are exposed to. Amanda Barlow is a licensed insurance broker in the state of California and holds a non-resident insurance broker’s license in the state Illinois.
