Led payment solutions projects with the objective to provide the best seller experience, and therefore increase the customer experience. She managed and aligned with the local teams' Regional Product Release campaigns, implementing 7 product launches focused on the Cellphones and Videogames categories and implemented strategies to improve sellers operational performance, achieving an increase of 20% in Perfect Orders KPI in three months.
