Responsibilities

Mark Rhoda-Reis' responsibilites as International Business Director are the following:

• International Trade Development: Assist WI companies in growing their international business
• Investment Attraction: Develop strategic plan & business model, build the network, manage accounts
• Lead & Manage: Direct employees and independent agents - Intercultural & Cross-functional
• Distributor/Agent: Search, develop, manage.
• Negotiate and manage: Joint venture, distributor and agent agreements.
• Travel & experience in: Latin America, Asia/Pacific, WesternEurope, The Middle East and Canada.
• Strategic Planning: Create and manage to long term strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives and strategies.
• Budgeting: Develop and manage to annual expense and sales budgets.
• Sales Forecasting: Revenue and unit sales, coordinate with distributors and partners for annual and monthly forecasting.
• Project management: Sales and marketing lead on manufacturing transition and marketing support materials.
• Process development: Budgeting, forecasting, international operations.
