Norris Thigpen is an international trade and development specialist with a background in cross-cultural communication. He is the International Trade Manager at the South Carolina Department of Commerce.

Norris Thigpen is know for being adaptable and hands-on. He enjoys working directly with people, whether it is visiting a factory to explore international business, leading a trade mission, or escorting first-time visitors to the US.
