Todd works in all industries with a special focus on electronics, apparel and footwear, life sciences, automotive, and chemicals.

He is actively involved in global customs valuation related party policy through his work with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris, France, and the Technical Committee on Customs Valuation (TCCV) at the World Customs Organization (WCO) located in Brussels, Belgium.
